Dance Team Union (DTU) was created in 2016 with a unique approach inspired by passion for the industry and commitment to both coaches and dancers.
DTU's motto, "be bold, be authentic, be you," reflects an emphasis on individuality, authentic expression of each dance team's unique qualities, and encourages leaning into the differences amongst dancers, dance teams, and their respective communities.

Champion Teamwear
Spirit Airlines
To create a strategic partnership between the two companies, Champion Teamwear provides free custom apparel to teams winning the “Champion Award” in their division at our National Championship each year. Additionally, they provide the majority of our apparel and accessories sold at DTU events throughout the year.
To create a strategic partnership between the two companies, we created a package that provides free flights for select teams to our major events (National Championship & The College Classic), by holding a contest on our Instagram page. This helps Spirit Airlines to increase their brand awareness. Spirit airlines shows further support by providing DTU staff and VIP’s complimentary flights to these events.
