2023 DTUniversity Class: The McGovern Method with Wyndee McGovern

The McGovern Method is a series of choreographed jazz and ballet based classes that will enhance flexibility, balance, strength and control, working toward total body conditioning and injury prevention. Wyndee has taught the McGovern Method for 20 years in the Greater Washington/Baltimore area and across the United States, and has seen her students achieve great success in their academic and professional careers. The McGovern Method is currently implemented at studios in New York, Virginia, Minnesota, Louisiana, Michigan and at her home studio in Maryland. Wyndee has trained dancers in the McGovern Method at The Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, DC, Nationally and Internationally, most recently in London,UK. McGovern is recognized by Dance Educators of America and is a part of their teachers training program.
