Devinne Cook

Devinne Cook is a dance professional with over a decade of experience in performance, choreography, and education. Starting her dance journey at the age of three, Devinne has built a successful career blending artistry and leadership, specializing in contemporary and jazz styles. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) and was a three-time NFL cheerleader, adding a vibrant edge to her choreography and performances.

Devinne serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Howard Community College, where she teaches Intermediate Jazz Dance, guiding students through the evolution of jazz dance with a focus on technique, history, and cultural appreciation. She also works as the Community Engagement Associate at The Washington Ballet, playing a pivotal role in making dance accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds, while continuing her community outreach through programs like Dance DC.

With a Master of Science in Business from Wake Forest University, Devinne combines her artistic expertise with strong administrative skills, continuously striving to inspire and elevate the dance community through her work on and off the stage.
