If you are rooming with a dancer or coach, you will need to have the coach of your program add you as part of their team registration. Do not continue with spectator registration.
This link is only to register hotel packages. If you wish to purchase admission tickets to the event, you can do so at a later date. We expect admission tickets to go on sale on our website in January.
ENTER YOUR INFO
As you are entering your contact information into the online form, it will ask you which team you are associated with. This will allow us to request that the hotel places spectator rooms together who from the same program. If you would like to be blocked near your team, please make the request in your registration account on the confirmation page. We will make a request with the hotel but cannot guarantee proximity.
MAKE PAYMENT
Only credit card payments are accepted for spectator accounts. American Express is not accepted. There is a 3.7% credit card processing fee for transactions, and once the transaction goes through, those fees are non-refundable.
ONE REGISTRATION PER ROOM
Each room will need to be registered together on the same online form. Select one person in your room to complete the registration on behalf of your room(s).
NEED TO MAKE CHANGES?
Please allow the DTU Crew 1-3 business days to process your registration. Once processed, you will be emailed a unique link that you can use to make any changes to your registration, or to complete final payment at a later time. Just be sure to save your link for future use!
AVAILABLE HOTEL ROOMS
If you receive a notification during registration that there are no hotel rooms left, that means our hotel block has sold out of that type of room for that night!
